Shipping charges & delivery time

Our delivery time is 2-4 working days, unless otherwise stated on the article (e.g. flocking) and is valid for deliveries within Germany.

Unfortunately, due to the special challenge of the Corona virus (Covid-19), there may be a delay in the delivery of your package.

Especially for shipping to the United States of America please note: that as a result of Corona virus restricitons, very lengthy transit times of at least 25 to 30 days should be expected. For destinations in the western United States or in remote regions, the transit time may be considerably longer.

We also have the responsibility to reduce our own risk of infection and slow down the spread. Nevertheless, we will do our utmost to get your order on its way as quickly as possible and to meet the delivery times indicated.

No shipping costs will be charged if the order is collected directly in the WERDER Fan-Welt at the wohninvest WESERSTADION.

  • Cash on delivery: 4,50 € extra fee (Subject to change)
  • Delivery time: Applies within Germany and is, unless otherwise specified, 2-5 workdays.

  • Standard shipping for group 1: 15.00€

  • Standard shipping for group 2: 25,00€

  • Standard: 45,00 €
  • Delivery time: 5-21 workdays, if item is not excluded from a delivery abroad.

 

WERDER Fan-Welt collection service

You have the chance to pick up you order directly in the WERDER Fan-Welt at the Weser-Stadion (Franz-Böhmert-Str. 5a, 28205 Bremen, Germany) too.

Please proceed as follows

  • Choose "pick up at local store/Fan-Welt" as shipping method. Generally the collection service is available - subject to short-term limitations.
  • Complete your order.
  • You receive an order confirmation to your email address.
  • As soon as the order is completed, we send you an email to your email address and inform you that the order can be picked up.

Procedure On Collection at the Fan-Welt

  • After you received our E-Mail with the pick up date your order will be stored for 7 workdays and then cancelled subsequently.
  • When collecting your order you need your order confirmation (printed or digital) and a valid ID or passport.
  • You do not get to the Fan-Welt? Just give a friend or family member a written authority.

Please consider also the following details

  • Please note: Orders including jerseys with player OR individual flocking can take longer than normal due to the progress of handmade print.
  • The reservation can only be kept for 7 days max. after receiving the email confirmation that your order can be picked up.
  • You pay the purchase upon collection, without any shipping charges.
  • A pick-up on match days is also possible. We recommend that you pick up your order after the match, as some of our items are not allowed in the Weser Stadium according to the stadium regulations. In addition, your order can only be picked up completely. So it is not possible to split the order, for example to pick up the scarf before the match, the cup after the match.

Saturday: 11 a.m. until approx. 1 hour after the end of the match

Sunday: 2 p.m. until approx. 1 hour after the end of the match
